78. India Straits One Cent 1862 or 1912 ?

Just bought this coin just for the sake of not wanting to walk empty-handed on my visit to Pasar Karat JB. Excessive chopmarks can be seen on both reverse and obverse of the coin. Someone can decipher the chopmarks on the coin for me, please?

I think that this is a India Straits One Cent 1862 coin, but was being altered to year 1912.
