We are luckier now that the internet is ever ready for us to check for important facts pertaining to our hobby.
Back in those days where the internet was not available, this coin together with many others would have been easily passed off as error coins.
In fact, we have seen coins with almost similar defects being sold as errors many years back.

Depankanta berpendapat syiling ini "hidup" dimana bahagian yang timbul itu lama kelamaan akan membesar akibat tekanan karat dari dalam planchet.Biasanya syiling begini terjadi pada siri bunga raya tapi kalau bernasib baik macam mnfaj dapat juga yg siri Parlimen.Perkongsian yg baik..Tima kasih

Yes I do agree with you, without Internet also we could not feast our eyes with collections from other collectors.
By the way I am still not sure what made this coin to be like this. Hope someone can help us in identifying this coin.

Ya saya setuju dengan pendapat depankanta, mungkin ada proses kimia yang berlaku dalam syiling ini, lama kelamaan ianya tidak dapat bertahan dan meletup juga akhirnya. Nampaknya saya kena berjaga-jaga. Haha terima kasih kerana melawat.

Saya ada 3 keping syiling 1 sen error dan salah satu daripadanya seperti ini,satu lagi terdapat extra dot pada bahagian permukaan matahari dan yang satu lagi dipenuhi dengan extra dot dan bentuk empat segi kecil tengelam di kedua-dua permukaan syiling tersebut...
